Italian language school in Cagliari

Cagliari and L'Accademia are the perfect place to learn Italian. The school is located on the second floor of a building in the city center; each classroom is equipped with air conditioning, screen; wi-fi and plenty of fresh water for everyone! A few steps from the shopping streets, the San Benedetto market (one of the largest covered markets in Europe), the city's museums and the beaches.

Italian courses offered

At L'Accademia, Italian language courses begin every Monday; they offer courses of all levels according to the CEFR. Classes are made up of an average of 4/5 students, the perfect number for teachers to dedicate time to each one and allow everyone to work at their own pace and in their own way. The most popular courses are: General Italian, 3 hours a day, during the lessons the teachers propose activities on all skills and General Italian and Conversation which instead provides 4 hours a day: in addition to the activities provided in the general Italian course, there is in fact an extra hour to work on comprehension and oral production. The Academy organizes online and in-person refresher courses for teachers.

Teaching method

In these 18 years of activity, they have learnt one thing at L'Accademia: there are many methods for teaching languages but they are not always valid and effective for all students and not everything they provide is good for everyone. Every student is simply different.
At L'Accademia, the teachers are prepared and passionate, the atmosphere is that of home. Since 2019, the Montessori Method has been used for language learning, recognising more and more the importance of analysing the needs of our students and respecting the ways and times they learn.
