You can choose between both distance learning and in-person cooking-classes. You will see online how to prepare typical Italian recipes, or prepare with your own hands basic dishes (tagliatelle, gnocchi, tiramisu, ...) to be tasted together at the end of the course.
Scuola Dante Alighieri - RECANATI
The Italian Gastronomy Course of the Dante Recanati School takes place in the months of March, April, October and November (activated with a minimum of 8 participants). The aim of the course is to offer the student a general vision of Italian gastronomy through theoretical lessons, visits to artisan workshops and manufacturing companies, tastings in wineries, oil mills, dairies and distilleries. The course includes practical cooking lessons to learn how to make some of the most famous Italian dishes and lessons on the history of Italian food and wine culture.
