Rome: nature-Body-2

The area which is managed by Roma Natura is about 14000 hectares, with ecological niches that count more than 1000 vegetable species, 5000 species of insects and many cultivated areas, where agriculture has an important role. So the Roman area consists of several parks, that are all reachable and open to the public. Here we mention only some of them, but there are really many green areas:

Rome: nature-Body

Aguzzano Park, the green lung of the town;
the Nature Reserve of Decima-Malafede, with woodlands of the Roman Campagna and 80 vegetable species filed by the WWF;
Mount Mario, with its nature reserve, the composition of its ground, its historical villas and the Astronomic Observatory;
