SORRENTO COOKING SCHOOL: Italian Cooking Holiday in Sorrento

The Sorrento Cooking School takes place within the 4 - star holiday complex "Esperidi Resort" of the D' Esposito family, located in a residential area of Sorrento close to the sea and city centre. The cooking school was began in April 2004 from an idea of the young manager Raffaella D' Esposito. The school offers a new way to experience Sorrento and its famous surroundings through personal interaction with local food and wines. Guest will participate in the hands-on cooking lessons, wine tasting sessions, pizza making demonstations in one of the oldest local pizzeria, as well as dining in a Michelin-star-awarded Restaurant of the area to taste the finest selection of both food and wine.

The school offers daily half-day hands-on cooking classes

From April to November and all inclusive 4-day or 8-day packages from a minimum number of partecipants required. The lessons offer you the opportunity to learn a complete seasonal menu, with particular focus on local specialties, from appetizers to desserts and everything in between.

- 3 hour hands-on cooking lesson ( 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.)
- all inclusive lunch or dinner
- recipes
- school's kit : cook apron, chef's hat, shopping bag

with pizza making demonstration

Day 3: Breakfast at the Esperidi Resort
Food & wine tour
Dinner at 1-star Michelin " Il Buco " Restaurant

Day 4: Breakfast at the Esperidi Resort
Transfer to Naples airport or train station
