Arte Culinaria is an exciting new residential cookery school for food enthusiasts. It is dedicated to tailor-making holidays to satisfy individual desires.
We combine lessons in the kitchen with cultural tours. All transport is included; we look after you from the moment you arrive at the airport. We offer a blue-print for your stay with us – you then tell us beforehand about any particular interests.
Small numbers means greater flexibility. Organise a group of four, and the course is all yours!
You have a friend or partner who wishes to accompany you on holiday, but not spend time in the kitchen? No problem; he or she will be very well catered for.
Stay in our beautifully restored farmhouse with its old wooden beams, antique furniture, and wonderful views. Enjoy the mixture of old-world charm and modern comfort.

Antonella Tagliapietra’s courses are fully hands-on, instructive and fun. The focus is the cuisine of the Veneto; its antipasti, pastas, risottos, gnocchi, crespelle, sorbets, mains and desserts.
Ingredients used are seasonal; you might prepare an asparagus lasagne, a pumpkin risotto, crespelle stuffed with radicchio di Treviso.....dishes that are full of flavour, beautifully presented, and eaten in charming, relaxing surroundings.
Accompany meals with local wines made from indigenous grape varieties.
