ITALIAN LANGUAGE SUMMER COURSES

Our intensive italian group classes are based on modules of 15 hours a week. A regular session consists of two weeks. In every lesson, we take into account several aspects of the Italian language and culture, with the help of diverse techniques (grammar, conversation, group activities, songs...) and supports (text, audio, video, multimedia).

The underlying method is based on a communicative approach aimed at learning Italian as it is used in everyday life. A class is made up of averagely 6 students. Internet access available free of charge.

ITALIAN & SICILIAN COOKING CLASSES

While Italian lessons are held every morning Monday to Friday, our cooking classes take place in the afternoon.
Upon request, we organise Italian and Sicilian cooking classes with professional chefs. In each cookery class you participate in the preparation of a full dinner, from antipasti (starters) to dolci (desserts), with a detailed explanation of every recipe. Each cooking lesson takes up the afternoon it ends with a full dinner (wine-tasting included) that participants will share around the table with the chef.

Trapani is one of the most enjoyable towns in Sicily, the ideal size to walk and cycle through, it is not too crowded, it has delicious fish and sea-food and, of course, a cristal-clear sea.

Located in an incomparable natural scenery, Trapani lies between the sea and the mountain of Erice, facing the gorgeous Egadi islands. Trapani’s lush landscapes can only be matched by its lavish cultural heritage, such as Segesta’s temple and theatre, Erice’s medieval town, Mozia’s Phoenician site, Selinunte’s Greek acropolis. Weather conditions are ideal too: the heat in Trapani is never muggy, thanks to the breeze that blows constantly from the sea.

YEAR-ROUND LESSONS

Our Italian mother tongue teachers are available year-round to provide you tailor-made Italian courses. We propose one-on-one, one-on-two and small group Italian classes. Classes may also take place in hotels, B&B’s, farm resorts and other facilities of your choice (or from our list of partner sites) in/near Trapani. Cookery courses also are available year-round for groups of minimum 4 people.
