The School
At school in a rural home of XVIII century, in the heart of Langhe Piemontesi region.
You’ll spend your time together with a real Italian family, giving you a hearty welcome in a region rich in culture, art, history and above all excellent cuisine and good wine.
In the same building where you’ll atend your course, the family runs a restaurant, so you can taste the delicious local cuisine and some of the best wines in the world.
In a region proposed to become Unesco World Heritage: Langhe, Monferrato and Roero.
The blue sea of nearby Liguria at only 45 minutes.
Turin with its Royal Palace and castles, the nearby spa and all around the mountains framing a wonderful photography.
Courses
STANDARD COURSES
Promopiemonte offers courses willing to be a real full immersion in Italian culture, through good cuisine, art (visits to historical royal palaces, castles, …), wellness (spa), shopping (in the biggest outlets of the region) and excursions in the uncontaminated nature.
COMBINED COURSES
Combined courses allow students to attend the standard course in the morning and then deepen the knowledge of a topic of particular interest.
- Standard + History of Art
- Standard + Typical Cuisine
Language lessons will be held during the morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. In the afternoon there will be cultural activities. You can also attend only morning lessons. The course levels will be settled depending on requests.
The teaching method
The course is conceived to be flexible, interesting and not academic, in order to allow students to reach their goals in a funny and pleasant way, and to ride over the fear to speak a foreign language.
We are a typical Italian family and our aim is to get students involved in our way of life.
We’re excited about the idea to offer a personalized service and let students feel an active part of our family, not simple tourists!
Accommodation
The rural home is composed by 5 apartments: Rosa, Giallo, Ocra, Giardino e Verde.
This is an ideal solution for those who want a residential formula.
