"Cibus. Sitting down to lunch with the Romans" is an exhibition included in the national show entitled "Food and flavours in ancient Italy", that deals with the theme of nutrition during the Roman period.
This exhibition has been organized at the Sarsina Archaeological Museum and it has been inspired by the mosaic floors of the Roman dining rooms (triclinia). It deals with the theme of food, its preparation and the preparation of the everyday dishes, with a faithful rebuilding of the typical recipes of the Roman period.
