A tasty gastronomic event, organized by Udine’s General Confederation of Trade, pays tribute to the pork meat and to the delicious dishes of Friuli’s tradition.
Till 28 February, the restaurants of Friuli will prepare delicious courses made with pork meat and you can taste the typical San Daniele ham.
Furthermore, there will be several dinners dedicated to combinations between dishes and local wines, together with conversation, tales and special guests.
